How long does an order take?

Orders are typically processed within a few working days. The Fast Track option delivers the folio PDF to your email within 1 hour. Certified copies are sent by post and cannot be fast tracked.

Do I need to be the owner of the property?

No. Folio documents are public records and anyone can order them for any registered property or land in the Republic of Ireland.

What if the folio cannot be found?

If we cannot locate a folio from the details provided, we will contact you by email before the order is processed any further.

What exactly do I receive?

The folio PDF is sent to your email address and shows the property description, registered ownership and burdens. Certified copies are printed official copies of the folio, with or without the map, sent by post.
